Terms & Conditions:

1. This gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and must be redeemed before the expiration date.

2. Non-Refundable: The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen.

3. Single Use: The voucher must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be carried over.

4. Restrictions: This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

5. Exclusions: This voucher cannot be redeemed for eye test fees.

DELIVERY

For domestic orders within Malta, customers can enjoy free delivery for purchases totaling €40.00 or more. For orders below €40.00, standard delivery is available at a cost of €6.00 EUR.

For EU countries, customers have various DHL shipping options:

• Orders of €100.00 and above qualify for free DHL shipping.
• Orders between €50.00 and €99.99 incur a shipping fee of €8.99 EUR.
• Orders below €50.00 have a shipping fee of €12.99 EUR.

Kindly allow a delivery lead time of around 1 to 3 days however we aim to dispatch all orders received before 12:00hrs on the same day.

RETURNS or REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your order and the product(s) purchased has not been used, you may return them within 21 days. We will exchange them or issue a refund to the same payment method used for your purchase. Note that we are not responsible for delivery costs when items are returned.
