Wearing Information

These are weekly reusable contact lenses. Remove them each day for cleaning and disinfection using a suitable contact lens solution, store them in a clean lens case, and replace the lenses after 7 days of wear, or as advised by your eye-care professional.

Do not sleep in contact lenses unless specifically advised by your eye-care professional.

Technical Specifications

A contact lens prescription needs to be emailed to us (info@vision-opticians.com) for the order to be processed to you. 

DELIVERY

For domestic orders within Malta, customers can enjoy free delivery for purchases totaling €40.00 or more. For orders below €40.00, standard delivery is available at a cost of €6.00 EUR.

For EU countries, customers have various DHL shipping options:

• Orders of €100.00 and above qualify for free DHL shipping.
• Orders between €50.00 and €99.99 incur a shipping fee of €8.99 EUR.
• Orders below €50.00 have a shipping fee of €12.99 EUR.

Kindly allow a delivery lead time of around 1 to 3 days however we aim to dispatch all orders received before 12:00hrs on the same day.

RETURNS or REFUND

If you are not satisfied with your order and the product(s) purchased has not been used, you may return them within 21 days. We will exchange them or issue a refund to the same payment method used for your purchase. Note that we are not responsible for delivery costs when items are returned.
